I am a Licensed Master of Social Work specializing in individual and family therapy in the East Cobb area - specifically adolescents, young adults, and their families. My main focus and specialty is helping those suffering with substance use and addiction. Having been down my own path of addiction and now recovery, I am able to truly know where you have been and have sat in your same seat. Along with substance use, I work with individuals having difficulty with their depression, anxiety, and learning to launch into their next stage of life.

My clientele includes couples, adults, teens, and families who have experienced stress, trauma, anxiety, and hardship. I conduct both individual and family sessions. I work with clients with diverse trauma history, including addiction, codependency, and eating disorders.

My career in counseling started with inpatient stabilization and treatment settings treating all ages in both mental health and addiction. These experiences combined with my own life experience qualify me to help you learn and grow in a non-judgmental atmosphere that will encourage positive thinking and solution focused change. Wellness is all about removing the obstacles that keep you from your true self. I want you to imagine what it would be like to wake up and feel free of the mental anguish that comes from not knowing how to break the debilitating thinking and behavior patterns that govern your life.
