I work with couples who are having difficulties in the marriage and partnerships and recognize they need help to make positive changes. I facilitate Emotionally Focused Therapy, used worldwide, that helps couples create a trusting and loving relationship. With an emphasis on emotions, EFT helps couples learn how to stop their no-win fights, let their defenses down, and share more from the heart. With mindfulness, couples become more self aware and more accepting and empathic towards their partner.
