Over the past 30 plus years of providing counseling to children/adolescents, adults, couples and families, I have offered a very safe environment for people to begin healing from relationship issues, past traumas, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, etc. I particularly work with individuals going through life transitions, healing from childhood trauma and/or abuse, divorce, adoption and addiction recovery. I utilize various therapeutic interventions, focusing on what is best for each individual. I have training in EMDR and have a trauma informed focus. I integrate mindfulness practices and somatic body work as well.
As an Advanced Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner part of my practice has evolved into an integrative trauma healing modality. I have found that in healing complex and acute PTSD this combination of hands on energy healing with trauma informed care has achieved the best results for the individual's healing. Due to the nature of this work, it is self-pay.
Working in a holistic fashion is a central part of my practice. I believe that each individual is unique and therefore I choose from the various skill sets I have to help create the best treatment for each person. I am passionate about integrating energy work into my practice and do so only with consent of each client.
