Being able to ask for help takes a lot of courage. So, first and foremost, let me commend you for taking these first steps in the therapeutic process. I believe therapy is so important because while life can be incredibly beautiful, it can also be confusing, lonely and bleak. My job is to help you tackle the emotional obstacles that are hindering you from enjoying the life that you want and deserve.
I have specialized training in treating Postpartum/Perinatal mood disorders and have extensive experience treating anxiety/depression, attachment issues, trauma, grief and bereavement, OCD, Bipolar disorders and relationship issues . Patients must be over 15 years old and I welcome patients of any gender/sexual orientation.
Patients are invited into our newly renovated and peaceful office. Each clinician uses their specific office to express their unique personalities thus encouraging patients to do the same. Our vision is to have patients feel as at home as possible.
