I named my practice Liminal Therapy to honor the process of change and human resilience. My clients are adults (18+) and include people with ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, trauma, addictions, and issues related to the stressors of life stages and transitions. Education on reducing anxiety, stress and building confidence and harmony. Services include: substance abuse/recovery groups & Individual sessions to adults & teens; 36-week Domestic Violence court approved program; Anger Management Program (heavily based in mindfulness/Buddhist concepts of letting go and Acceptance Commitment Therapy). We also provide court ordered anger mngmnt, domestic violence and substance use disorder evaluations. We are an IDSP Provider for DWI aftercare.

Being 60+ and a hospice volunteer has heightened my sensitivity to the issues of aging well.
