The therapeutic experience should encourage one to live a more satisfying and meaningful life. Sometimes we get lost, hit bumps, or even get overcome with a tidal wave of things that we need help getting back on our path or creating a new one.
I have worked with people for over 30 years in: Emergency Services, At-Risk Teens, Victims of Crime, Career Changes, and with survivors of grief. Additionally, I worked in Iraq for a period of time in 2005 and understand the gravity of PTSD and adjustments our service members endure. I want to hear "your story" and help you to be on your path.
Most of my Clients have shared that they enjoy the direct feedback approach to my sessions. I am not the kind of therapist who just sits and stares at you. Reality Therapy / Choice Theory is my core treatment and we will deal with things directly. I do use whatever treatment/process works for you and we decide together on the path but we are in this together
