I am in-network with Aetna. I work with adults navigating eating disorders and disordered eating, anxiety, ADHD, substance use and recovery, self-esteem, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck in a story about themselves they did not choose and are ready to rewrite it. Using a strengths-based, integrative approach, I help clients build new narratives that inspire genuine growth. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and bring a multicultural, globally-informed perspective to every therapeutic relationship.
I draw from narrative, psychodynamic, person-centered, DBT, and solution-focused approaches depending on what each client needs. As a registered yoga teacher, I also integrate somatic awareness into my work. Central to everything I do is the therapeutic alliance: a collaborative, compassionate space where you are free to express yourself naturally.
