I provide therapy using a variety of treatment models to best meet your needs. I tend to focus our sessions on gently exploring how the past affects the present, how thoughts impact feelings and behaviors, and how patterns present themselves in our lives. By creating a safe and nurturing environment, I support individuals in improving relationships, processing trauma, and implementing healthy coping strategies. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and challenges with adjusting to life’s stressors.
I have extensive training and practice in EMDR, infant/early childhood mental health (ages 0-5), and child behavior management for parents/caregivers. I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist with licenses in both Colorado and California. Please note I do not provide couples counseling.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and certified in Seeking Safety, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Managing & Adapting Practices (MAP), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
