I have worked for 20 years with children, adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma. I find working with adolescents and parents to be meaningful work to help improve the family system.
I use evidenced-based therapies such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and ego state therapy to treat symptoms of trauma.
