Groups
Sexual Harm & Healing
In this 8-week film discussion and therapeutic process group that I co-facilitate, we examine many of the nuances of sexual harm, primarily through the lenses of seven modern filmmakers and their work. Not only do we discuss these movies, but we also consider how and if we engage with our own stories of harm, including how we heal in an ever-evolving, post-#MeToo world. All prompts in this small group are opt-in, with no obligation to share.

Life After Divorce
For such a common experience, those going through divorce often feel isolated and misunderstood. Not only do I run "Life After Divorce" workshops, but I also offer community-oriented, sliding-scale groups to create more space for connection and support. These groups are open to folks no matter where you are in the transition of divorce — discernment, in the thick of it, or even a few years out. This therapy support group offers drop-in times, which means you can come once or to many sessions.
