I hope to create a comfortable pace with a sprinkle of humor. Growth is important as well as transparency, and I invite you to express your needs during this time to ensure your therapy goals are met with a sense of empowerment and hope. Therapy does not have to be hard.
I know transitions and change can be hard. I practice through the lens of a Somatic, mind and body, approach as well with models such as CBT, DBT, Solution Focus and Attachment. I am Certified in Brainspotting for ages 10 and up.
