Our Encinitas office is where Coastal Therapy Group started in 2018. Two therapists, one quiet suite up the hill from Encinitas Boulevard, easy parking. Small on purpose.
We're doctoral-level psychologists offering individual therapy for teens and adults, couples therapy, and Insight Sessions, a focused three-session assessment. Telehealth throughout California.
The work here is relational and unhurried. Not symptom management or a set number of sessions, but understanding where a pattern began and what it would take to change it.
