Hello and congratulations on choosing clinical hypnotherapy to empower yourself for taking the next step towards achieving your goals. Before any change can truly begin and YOUR desired outcome be established I (we) will do everything possible to understand 1. where you are 2. how you arrived there/what has happened/what is happening etc.) and 3. where you want to be. Some clinical hypnotherapy sessions will be very short and others will take longer. Each person and each concern is different, however; all therapy including clinical hypnotherapy requires work and there is no such thing as an “easy-fix” if YOU want a lasting change.
I am a veteran. I will always treat you with respect and will do my best to make sure you have the most effective treatment program that I can provide for you. My philosophy is based on empathy not sympathy, an understanding of you the client, concerns in a non-judgmental professional and respectful way.
