At Coastal Christian Counseling, we integrate evidence-based therapy with Christian faith and values to support healing of the mind, body, and spirit. Our experienced team of licensed Christian therapists and a pastoral counselor serves children (5+), adolescents, adults, couples, and families in our Long Beach, Biloxi, and Moss Point offices. We treat anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, addiction, trauma, and more. Evening and Saturday appointments are available, and we accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.
Our Team
Seeking therapy takes courage, and I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 30 years of experience helping children, teens, adults, and families navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, and life transitions. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and, for those who desire it, offer Christian counseling that thoughtfully integrates faith with evidence-based therapy. My goal is to help you find hope, healing, and lasting change.

I look forward to the opportunity to walk with and help those who find themselves in uncertain water and need a safe place to process those feelings and to get help being grounded in order to move forward. Whether that experience is grief, divorce, co-parenting, anxiety, or self-esteem, I want to sit with you and be a safe place to explore those feelings so you can find peace and healing. We are so much more resilient than we give ourselves credit for, but sometimes we need affirmation that what we're feeling is normal and that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Have you ever found yourself asking “are things always going to feel this hard?” From the moment we are born, our life experiences and relational connections are integral to creating the neural pathways that control how we think, act and feel. Every conversation, relationship, success, and rejection contribute to paving the roadmap of our brain. The good news is that due to the brain’s plasticity, new pathways can always be created. My hope is to be an avenue that God uses to help you navigate this healing, self-discovery, and growth through a person-centered, empathetic style of treatment.

I most enjoy working with clients who are willing to share their innermost thoughts and feelings, take responsibility for their part in life’s challenges, and are motivated to grow and change—for their own well-being, for those they love, and in pursuit of the person their Creator has called them to be.
I welcome clients from all faith backgrounds and do not impose my Christian beliefs on anyone. At the same time, I view my work as a form of healing ministry rooted in compassion, truth, and grace. For clients who desire faith-based counseling, I thoughtfully incorporate biblical principles and Scripture when appropriate.

Therapy is a tool that can promote growth, healing, understanding and a deeper self awareness.
Some clients have lived through difficult circumstances surrounding loss. Loss of relationships, loss of loved ones, or maybe a job or home. Therapy can offer added support in navigating difficult seasons.
Some clients desire a safe place to talk out difficult topics. Therapy can offer support and validation for the client.
