About
Hello my name is Julie Tatowicz and I am the owner of Coast to Coast LCSW Pllc. Reaching out for help is difficult, but you have already taken the first step. My goal is to make people feel comfortable and create an environment where people can feel heard and not judged. As a therapist I will help you formulate goals and work toward them. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I try to help clients stay focused on the here and now, rather than getting stuck in the "whys" or the "what ifs." No matter what you're going through I want you to feel supported and empowered.
I am licensed as a clinical social worker in New York and California. I am available for sessions in-person in my Ithaca, NY location. I also offer online sessions using a HIPAA compliant platform. I am willing to do home visits on a case by case basis for those with mobility issues (depending on location and my availability).
