I believe that it takes courage and a certain amount of fearlessness to reach out for support. My goal is to make the therapy experience as welcoming and individualized as possible. I specialize in teaching both adults and children specific ways to manage anxiety, learn and practice mindfulness strategies, and make behavioral changes in order to improve their overall quality of life. I believe that having unconditional support for your emotional well-being is key, especially during times of uncertainty, and am here to help implement lasting changes.

I am providing in-person psychological testing services to address difficulties with mood, attention or learning, achievement in school, work or performance on tests/standardized tests. At Coast Family, the psychological testing process uses scientific evidence to determine specific accommodations and recommendations to achieve your goals.

I have extensive experience treating ADHD, OCD, and Anxiety which often impacts children, and adults. I also enjoy working with entrepreneurs and high achievers to help them better understand and navigate the emotional intensity that can accompany a bright mind. This group is safe place for people with Parkinson's disease to provide resources, share experiences and teach practical coping skills. This AMAZING support group is offered WEEKLY on ZOOM. This group is led by two clinical psychologists, Dana Lieberman, PsyD and Kelsey Holiday, PhD who have personal and professional connections and a passion for working with those who have Parkinson’s Disease and the Parkinson’s Community. Groups will also include occasional expert guest speakers such as psychiatrists, physical therapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, neuropsychologists, social workers, nutritionists, and movement disorder specialists. We are so excited to offer the Fertility Journey Virtual Support Group led by Lisa Rosequist, PhD, & Dana Lieberman, PsyD. We are incredibly passionate about supporting people on the fertility journey. Both clinical psychologists leading the group have personal experience with IUI/IVF & get this journey on such a deep level. This group will be a safe place to to be real & uncensored, with other people who totally get it.
