Well Rested
Well Rested is an open support group envisioned for those who lie awake for long periods, wake several times at night, have difficulty falling asleep and do not feel rested or refreshed after getting up. Sleep deficiency has also been linked to anxiety, depression, shortened attention span and gastrointestinal symptoms, among other health related issues; often affecting our memory, mood and ability to concentrate. Expect to gain strategies to help with sleep difficulties through shared experiences and reduced feelings of isolation.
