I've helped countless clients move from a place of feeling stuck and dissatisfied, to one of happiness and flourishing. I offer both short-term counseling (8-10 weeks) and long-term counseling. I counsel the following populations: individuals struggling with anger, depression, grief, anxiety and/or trauma (such as acute trauma or PTSD); couples struggling with communication, trust, infidelity, and/or abusive patterns; and teens struggling with motivation, self-esteem, suicidal preoccupations, anti-social or other behavioral issues. I counsel individuals struggling with psychotic disorders, personality disorders and dissociative disorders. I provide family counseling as well as conflict resolution and mediation services. I provide coaching for wellness, psycho-spiritual growth, communication skills, relationship skills and parenting skills. Also, I provide psychosocial assessments.
