Adults with ADHD tend to have challenges that keep them from attaining their personal life dreams and career success goals. Some of these challenges are distractibility, impulsivity, poor time management, procrastination, overwhelm, disorganization, and clutter. Adults with ADHD also tend to struggle more than others in their careers, in their love and family relationships, with friends, and financially. I enjoy helping children and adolescents discover their potential and better understand and reduce the symptoms that brought them to therapy. We work collaboratively to learn new skills to apply to all areas of their lives as well as discovering a sense of peace. I work with parents to help find more effective parenting skills that lead to less anxiety, frustration, and anger about their children or their children's choices. Together, we can develop strategies to reduce household stress and work to implement these strategies in multiple personal areas.

Ms. Christian approaches counseling with a strength-base perspective, meeting clients where they are to help them get to where they want to be. She is an outside the box thinker when helping her clients understand that they are an integral part of reaching their goals towards healing. As a military spouse, she has experience about the stressors and culture of the military. She has taken this experience to further provide care to people in the LGBTQIA+ military community as well.

Brooke A. Humphrey is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) with over 15 years of experience in the mental health and end-of-life fields.
