Adolescence and young adulthood are a complex seasons to navigate. It can be difficult to manage the many social, academic, and societal expectations, while also grappling with and discovering who you are and who you want to become. As a counselor and coach, I walk alongside teenagers, college-aged women and young professionals, serving as a guide and a support, as they explore what it means to live an authentic life. Together we work toward developing the skills they need to lean into and embrace a life filled with joy, contentment, and deep meaningful connection.
Designed to empower and inspire, my approach offers a warm and heart-centered environment for the fostering of self-compassion, confidence building, personal development, and goal setting.
Utilizing approaches from positive psychology, shame resilience theory, and mindful self-compassion, my clients learn to identify their unique strengths, find confidence in sharing their thoughts and ideas, let go of perfection, develop healthy relationships, and begin to embrace their beautiful, messy lives.
