I partner with my patients to find solutions to their life challenges. Often, they want to feel better, improve relationship communication, help a child, handle a situational problem, or cope with a difficult life transition. I treat both children and adults for anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship problems, emotional dysregulation and problems related to separation and divorce. My Doctoral Degree is in Behavior Health. I an an energetic therapist with an optimistic view of personal relationships. I believe success in a clients life is formed by examining core personal values. I work with a directive style using the beliefs and emotions of the client to aid them in transitioning through difficult times. As a young adult I sought out counseling to help me navigate my life's issues.
