Accepting new clients now! I am known for my warmth, compassion, and encouragement. I believe that for therapy to be successful, we will need to work as a team. My areas of specialty include anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, and grief. I have experience in addiction recovery, grief counseling, tween self-empowerment, and reproductive issues. Prior to counseling, I was engaged in non-profit leadership which included speaking and coaching women and teens/young adults. In fact, it was the individuals I encountered during that season of life which inspired me to pursue professional counseling.

As a dual licensed professional, I am laser focused on assisting individuals challenged by drug and alcohol abuse and mental health concerns to reach their full potential and become productive members of our community. I have a strong interest in furthering the personal and professional development of others. In addition to having a LPC (NJ, PA, CT) and a LCADC (NJ), I am also an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) who can assist Licensed Associate Counselors with reaching their goal of becoming independent Licensed Professional Counselors. I am also a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) who provides clinical supervision.

In over thirty years as a practicing licensed social worker clients have come to therapy with a variety of concerns that mirror the concerns of many who become caught up in the anxiety ridden society of which we are a part. Separation and divorce, single parenting, chemical dependency, family conflict, alienation in marriage, lose of "self" in the family, gay/lesbian identity, depression/anxiety/fear, bereavement, marital discord, distancing and an affair, problems with acting out children, school problems, engaged couples unsure of their committment, just to name a few.

As a trauma, sex/intimacy, and relationship therapist, I bring a unique approach to the therapy process. Sex and intimacy can be challenging because of the history we bring with us into our relationships. Traumas from childhood, past relationships, trust issues, sexuality/gender struggles, anxiety, shame, stress can inhibit the development of deep intimate relationship with others. I have a passion for supporting my clients through healing and reconnection to their bodies, their own pleasure in order connect intimately in a healthy way with the people in their lives.

Traci has been a licensed professional counselor for over 20 years. She has a doctorate degree in industrial and organizational psychology and is a certified workplace coach. She has experience working with adults and emerging adults. Her areas of focus center around depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief/loss, major life changes/transitions, career coaching, sports performance, personality and psychological assessments.

Our practice is a small, down to earth setting. We strive to make our clients feel at home and connected with supportive, caring staff. We come from many walks of life and a wide range of experience. We will tailor our treatment methods to best suit your needs so that you can get out of our office and back into the life you were meant to lead! As a REAL sports psychologist, I have a unique practice in that I specialize in working with athletes who have the desire to take their game to the next level. Being a competitive athlete helps me relate to other competitive people in sports or business. My primary focus is on confidence building and the elimination of performance anxiety. I use a 3 tiered approach to training: Perspective Training, Mental Skills Training, and Applied Settings (if applicable at a sporting location). I am the only professional to offer that kind of travel service. We also offer Coaching Certification Programs for those who are interested in teaching.
