Undeniably, I think one of the biggest challenges each of us faces is how to create a life that is fulfilling, meaningful, and authentic in a world that is hard and complicated. While I specialize in working with both men and women who are struggling with eating disorders, I also have experience working with people who are dealing with anxiety, depression, or other mood disorders, and with people who are just simply trying to find a better path both personally and professionally.
I draw from various practice theories as well as practice experiences, with a significant part of my career working within the field of Eating Disorders both at Laurelwood Hospital, and also within The Emily Program (formerly The Cleveland Center for Eating Disorders).
I believe that each individual is unique and have their own experience of the world around them. Additionally, the path to improving and healing oneself is never linear. My goal is to help individuals become more aware of how they think and feel in order to become more fulfilled and connected in their lives.
