My areas of clinical focus include traumatic brain injury (TBI), anxiety, COVID related isolation and stress, depression, grief and loss, managing stress and triggers, parenting, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), relationships, sleep and trauma, and women's issues. My 20 years of practice includes 12 years with active duty service members, veterans, and their spouses/partners and families.
I work with clients to identify goals to improve communication, emotional regulation, and problem solving. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and certified in telehealth.
My goal is to create opportunities for self-exploration and greater awareness by making connections with symptoms, moods and the mind and body.
