I am passionate about helping those who are hurting & feel beaten down by life. I believe that beauty comes out of brokenness & that no tear is wasted. It is my desire to walk along side those who feel abandoned & alone & are holding onto the hope that healing is possible & change can happen. In my practice I aim to create a safe space for you to explore the hurts you have suffered that continue to hold you back from living the abundant life you desire. I use an integrative approach to help with concerns such as: depression, anxiety, grief, sexual abuse/trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, spirituality, & women's issues.
I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). EMDR is a scientifically validated technique originally developed for the treatment of trauma. It can have excellent results for many people suffering from PTSD and other trauma-related difficulties, as well as anxiety, compulsions, anger issues, and depression.
It is my heart to support, encourage and help guide people on their journey toward healing, stability and wholeness so they can be all they were created to be and live healthy, productive, abundant lives.
