I am a licensed professional clinical counselor with supervisory designation. I have over 12 years of professional mental health experience & have worked in a variety of settings, including: youth residential treatment facilities, IOPs, community based agencies, school settings & private practice. My specialties include the diagnosis & treatment of anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma related disorders, personality disorders, adjustment disorders & grief. I offer diagnostic assessments and empirically based treatment for children, adolescents, and adults.

Therapeutic Modalities include: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy & Motivational Interviewing. I place emphasis on compassion, collaboration & transparent communication.
