Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of Ohio and for the past 11 years worked in private practice with a variety of clients across multiple settings. I focus on anxiety and depression as well as relationships, family conflict, parenting, postpartum and ADHD. I also have extensive experience working with college age students and young adults. I practice from a holistic and integrative perspective which includes looking at all facets of the individual’s life and using appropriate interventions to help clients create positive, permanent change.
I utilize a variety of approaches to do this including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Approach, and Systems Theory. I very much believe in meeting the client where they are at and tailoring an individual plan to help you begin to feel better.
