My areas of competency include Individual, Couples, Family and Group Therapy, as well as Supervision, Consultation, and Diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders. My focus is on assisting clients with options, and alternatives as they strive toward wholeness in their lives.
I use a variety of treatment modalities--Cognitive/behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Brief Solution Focus Thearapy, and Eclectic Therapy.
