I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with 15+ years of experience working with tweens, teens, adults, and couples who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety and/or depression, struggling to adjust to a life change, or coping with a medical diagnosis. I have expertise in supporting women & couples dealing with infertility and pregnancy/perinatal loss. Also, in supporting women in the postpartum period. I primarily utilize a cognitive behavioral approach in my work. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) emphasizes the important role our thoughts play in how we feel and what we do.
