I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and I consider myself a "person centered" therapist who believes that the key to having a successful professional relationship is building a strong rapport with my clients. Since obtaining my Master's Degree in Social Work from Boston College in 1996, my career work settings has included community mental health centers, hospital based gero-psychiatric units, emergency services, private practice and residential treatment centers.

At this point, I am seeking clients who want to work via online sessions. My practice includes providing psychotherapy for adolescents and adults. I provide individual, group, couples and conjoint therapy. I work primarily within the Internal Family Sytems (IFS) model. This includes working with your unique gifts and potentials, your deepest fears, conflicts and concerns, your past history, your present situations, your relationships, your future goals and dreams, and, if relevant to you, your spiritual self.

Utilizing an Integrated Approach, our treatment team draws on experience in both individual counseling and couples and family therapy to assist our clients in finding healthy solutions to a wide range of life challenges.
