I've helped individuals reduce their symptoms of anxiety, depression or addictive behaviors. I have experience helping to resolve trauma of various types. Transitions in life can be difficult and I am able to help with different stages in life like leaving home for the first time, empty nest, divorce, death of a spouse, changing jobs, retirement.

Please be aware there is a dog in my office at all times. Due to allergies/ sensory issues No perfume is allowed in my office thank you. My area of focus is ADHD. I work with ages 12+, including adults. I work to help improve executive functioning levels by finding what areas are in need of support for the individual. Helping to work on improving communication, increasing accountability while reducing shame are all areas of focus.
