Aging's many challenges, such as chronic illness, cognitive changes, grief and loss can all take a toll on a person's emotional well-being. I have a passion for helping older adults navigate next steps along their journey. I take a positive, strengths-based approach with clients in helping them to create a better quaIity of life for themselves and their loved ones.
I use therapeutic approaches, such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and psychoeducation, all tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. In the end though, this is a partnership where together we find what works best for you to maintain or improve your quality of life.
