I provide therapy for adults and teens, aimed at healing emotional wounds, understanding oneself, and achieving one's potential. I often deal with issues such as depression, anxiety, self-criticism, low self-esteem, trauma, relationship challenges, life changes and life purpose. I also work with families and couples to improve communication, solve conflicts, and develop more loving connections. My approach is rooted in acceptance, empathy, and genuineness. I'm passionate about helping people grow and express their true selves. My goal is to help you break out of harmful or limiting patterns and live a more satisfying life.
I enjoy helping people understand themselves deeply and become more in touch with who they are, in order to undergo a transformative process that goes beyond just surface level changes. If you're struggling with unresolved emotional pain or trauma, I have extensive experience working with deep feelings and childhood emotional wounds.
I provide an atmosphere of warmth and openness where you can discuss anything. My approach respects the complexity and uniqueness of each person. I currently provide mainly online therapy, as well as some outdoor walk and talk therapy, weather permitting. I'm happy to talk with you about any questions or concerns regarding starting therapy.
