I offer humanistic psychodynamic counseling integrated with CBT techniques, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapies. I work with adults on building self-worth, stress reduction, as well as improving relationships. My focus with all of my clients is for them to feel understood in a safe, non-judgmental, professional relationship.
