Substance use disorder affects everyone in the family, not just the person using substances. I help clients understand their thoughts, behavior and actions that keep them stuck. Often times, individuals are unaware of what drives their behaviors. I strive to help clients better understand themselves, in order to live healthier more fulfilling lives. I use evidence based treatment approaches, to help clients reach their treatment goals.
