I have 34+ years of experience providing counseling to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and groups. Currently I'm seeing clients via telehealth only. I offer effective tools for managing anxiety and depression; I have extensive experience helping individuals with codependency, trauma, and self esteem issues. I provide compassionate and empowering assistance to those in pain. With children, I have much experience treating ADHD, social anxiety. I currently work with parents only. My group focuses on Women's Codependency recovery issues. I offer gender affirming care and work with the LGBTQ+ community.
My speciality is in Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS) and I'm a gender specialist, working with transgender individuals and their families. I work well with adolescents, and with people around codependency and the family effects of addiction. I mostly individual therapy and group therapy. I work with clients where they are at in their change process.
As a certified IFS therapist, I've seen my clients experience positive change and healing from this approach. My additional speciality with gender identity issues has allowed me to work with the LGBTQ+ community providing respectful care. I make good connections with a variety of people of varying ages and bring compassion and hope to my clients.
