Me: I am a licensed psychotherapist, an American College of Lifestyle Medicine Diplomate, and I hold a doctorate in Pastoral Psychology. This unique/specialized training allows me to offer effective therapy and coaching for issues of meaning, purpose and overall health. I am a certified culinary health coach and can help with cooking/eating for health.
Living a healthy life takes desire, intentionality, and skill. We all need places to go where we can get help in learning how to better do this.
