It is my belief that our inherent most natural state is that of joy and well-being. I believe this to be true of everyone. I see my role as a therapist as joining with you and facilitating your return to wellness through a variety of mind/body approaches. My goal is to meet you where you are and offer guidance as you process,gain insight,and release any obstacles between you and your capacity for living a wholehearted life.
I am trained in and offer mindfulness-based psychotherapy that includes: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Restructuring for PTSD, Psychodynamic approach, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, Energy Healing Techniques,and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). I have experience working with individuals and groups with a wide range of issues.
Treatment is tailored to individual clients and that which resonates with them personally with a strong emphasis on the cultivation of insight, acceptance, and self-compassion. I offer an environment of warm compassionate acceptance and always feel honored and inspired to collaborate with people as they return to wholeness.
