I am currently not accepting new clients. There is so much uncertainty at this time due to recent events affecting everyone's daily lives with jobs, relationships and family. Many of us are feeling depressed, anxious or overwhelmed. We are often so busy attending to the needs of those that rely on us that we can forget to attend to our own self-care and wellbeing. I am here to offer guidance and support for those seeking effective ways to manage and cope with difficult feelings that can come up with challenging times in life.
I am an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 10 years of clinical work in both private practice and outpatient clinic settings. I work with clients on addressing symptoms of anxiety, depression and relational concerns using clinical and evidenced based techniques. I strive to help my clients to feel better and improve the quality of their lives.
