I am a Harvard-affiliated psychiatrist and MIT-trained engineer with an extensive background in psychotherapy and integrative mind-body wellness care. I believe in the motto "Mind & Hand" and the transformative power of integrative care that aims to incorporate the full biopsychosocial experience of each client and actualize lasting growth through facilitating insight, addressing root-causes, shifting paradigms, upgrading skills, and implementing measurable improvements.

Although I have worked with all age groups with varying types and degrees of problem, my current focus has been in depression, anxiety, substance abuse, the elderly, life coaching and sports psychology. My orientation is humanistic with a strong background in dynamic psychology and ego theory. My approach is spiritual without being particularly religious, based on Christian and Eastern philosophies.

The process of finding a therapist can feel overwhelming at times. I invite you here to briefly pause, take a breath, and bring some awareness into the sensations of your body in this moment. Seeing if you can allow space for whatever may be coming into awareness to simply be as it is, observing it with some curiosity and compassion. Meeting the needs of students who learn differently. We provide person and online assessments. Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE) Psychological, Neuropsychological Talented and Gifted Assessment IQ Evaluations, Achievement Testing, Social/Emotional Functioning, Learning Disabilities Testing and Autism screening. We also provide educational consults and attend team meetings for the development of the IEP.
