Let me help you get the life you want--the life you deserve! I currently work with clients ages 17-99, with a variety of issues, backgrounds and orientations. I see individuals, couples, groups, and families for therapy and coaching. Additionally, I work with therapists on developing their clinical work, business, and own personal growth. I am interested in meeting you and seeing if we're a good fit.
I work with clients with a wide range of issues including: mental health concerns (depression/mood and anxiety disorders, eating concerns, adjustment disorder etc.); relationship issues (communication, boundaries, deepening, dating); transitions (birth, death, job changes, marriage, divorce, retirement, etc.) stress; coaching (motivation, goal setting and achieving); self esteem; self exploration.
