I believe that healing is possible for everyone and that we are all connected. My goal is to create a space where you can bring your whole self and practice vulnerability, while also being challenged to try something new. One of the most important things about achieving your mental health goals is knowing how to love, trust, and accept yourself.

My specialty is in body-based mental health care, and I see myself as a member of your team. That means I honor your expertise about how your own life feels for your body and mind, and join it with my expertise as a wellness strategist who has been a licensed mental health therapist for 10 years. I am a Black, queer and non-Christian person of faith who affirms various relationship, parenting, religious and cultural backgrounds as a norm.

As a REAL sports psychologist, I have a unique practice in that I specialize in working with athletes who have the desire to take their game to the next level. Being a competitive athlete helps me relate to other competitive people in sports or business. My primary focus is on confidence building and the elimination of performance anxiety. I use a 3 tiered approach to training: Perspective Training, Mental Skills Training, and Applied Settings (if applicable at a sporting location). I am the only professional to offer that kind of travel service. We also offer Coaching Certification Programs for those who are interested in teaching.

Our practice provides telehealth mental health care and recovery coaching to clients in Kentucky and Indiana. Staci has been working as a licensed clinical therapist with all ages for 20 years. She is licensed in IN, NJ, DE, FL (telehealth), CA, and is now also working with clients as a Nationally Certified Health and Wellness Coach, assisting clients in setting and achieving goals such as weight loss, career advancement, and overall increased life satisfaction.

At Renewal, we love to walk alongside clients of all ages to help them learn what works and what doesn’t and learn new strategies to live a full life with less stress and anxiety. We have 11 therapists working with ages 5 and up. Most of our therapists are in network with Anthem BC/BS and United Healthcare. Ashlee has over a decade of experience working with eating disorders and has a passion to see healing in the lives of those suffering from anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorders. Ashlee is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, one of only around 100 providers with this certification in the United States.
