I currently work independently within Virtual Consult, MD who provides therapy as well as psychiatry to its clientele. I work with adults and geriatric population in order to assist individuals in learning to cope with daily life stressors, develop mental wellness, and sobriety. As a therapist my goal is to meet clients where they are at and assist individuals in developing coping skills that fit their current need and situation.
My focus is primarily CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and Strength Based Therapy. I work with individuals that suffer from Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Abuse, Grief, and Addiction.
