I am currently accepting new clients. From birth to death, life is a constant transition. I work with individuals (adolescents and adults), couples, and families, who are experiencing a wide range of symptoms including infidelity, breakdowns in communication, high functioning Autism, trauma, sexual abuse issues, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and grief. I have extensively researched issues and stressors that today's LGBTQ+ clients and families may be experiencing, and work with transgender clients to gain the appropriate gender affirming care.
Life changes daily, and sometimes the change is outside of our control. I use multiple modalities to help clients transition through their past or current experiences, helping them to find healing and relief. Positive Psychology and CBT, are great to help build confidence and challenge distorted cognitions that follow us around daily, to help reduce anxiety.
Living a happy life, can be the hardest thing to do. So many factors can impact our quality of life. From normal phase of life transitions, to losing a loved one, or learning how to live with a chronic medical condition, you do not have to feel alone in the hardships that you are experiencing. Let me help you in whatever life transition you find yourself in.
