We are licensed specialists who work with infants, toddlers, children, teens, adults, couples,and families. Services are provided in English and Polish. Each client will be listened to in a newly renovated office that promotes comfort and privacy. Individualized treatment is developed for each client to increase positive outcomes and success. We use evidence-based treatments that have been researched and found to reduce barriers that interfere with positive and healthy functioning.

Tiffany McBride (She, Her, They, Them) Tiffany McBride is a Clinical Psychotherapist, Life Coach, Energy Master and Teacher, Birth and Death Doula, Ordained Shamanic Minister, Expressive Artist, and Author. Tiffany runs a private practice named Holistic Vibrations, LLC, utilizing holistic remedies and altered states of consciousness for those who struggle with trauma, addictions, women’s issues, LGBTQAI+ support, and those seeking a deeper spiritual connection. Tiffany is currently working on their Doctorate in Shamanic Psycho-Spiritual Studies and training to be a Yoga Teacher and a Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Do you suffer from Depression or have Suicidal Thoughts? TMS provides true treatment with a 75% success rate in treatment with 50% of patients experiencing a full remission of symptoms for patients who struggle with depression and OCD. This includes those who have tried multiple medications and struggled with side effects or have not received relief. TMS is not painful or disruptive, does not cause systemic side effects, and does not require hospitalization or anesthesia. Results are often noticed by family and friends within a week. Patient often report results as early as 3 weeks into treatment.

I am currently a LSW and PsyD Clinical Psychology Doctoral Candidate. I obtained my Masters in social work at Fordham University in New York and I am pursuing my doctorate at California Southern University. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families who struggle with issues of anxiety, depression, confidence, and interpersonal relationships. The number one aspect of successful treatment is a strong/trusting relationship. I connect with clients through sports metaphors, movies, real life scenarios, and getting to understand their interests. Everyone has a story so I believe it is important to include family during phases of treatment, to best understand the client's story. In addition, I believe the family is a necessary part of the therapy team, therefore family members are included in phases of treatment to ultimately help my client reach their goals.

The facility is located on a main street with free parking. This is a private practice with a private waiting room in a very comfortable & soothing setting. Look for the yellow house with raspberry trim. Hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. When you call, we will do a brief intake, verify your insurance benefits & schedule your first appointment. We do not have a waiting list and can schedule your first appointment within the same week.
