Tiffany McBride (She, Her, They, Them) Tiffany McBride is a Clinical Psychotherapist, Life Coach, Energy Master and Teacher, Birth and Death Doula, Ordained Shamanic Minister, Expressive Artist, and Author. Tiffany runs a private practice named Holistic Vibrations, LLC, utilizing holistic remedies and altered states of consciousness for those who struggle with trauma, addictions, women’s issues, LGBTQAI+ support, and those seeking a deeper spiritual connection. Tiffany is currently working on their Doctorate in Shamanic Psycho-Spiritual Studies and training to be a Yoga Teacher and a Clinical Hypnotherapist.

We are a North Shore group of psychologists and counselors that are committed to providing quality therapeutic services for clients through the lifespan. We are licensed specialists who work with infants, toddlers, children, teens, adults, couples,and families. Services are provided in English and Polish. Each client will be listened to in a newly renovated office that promotes comfort and privacy. Individualized treatment is developed for each client to increase positive outcomes and success. We use evidence-based treatments that have been researched and found to reduce barriers that interfere with positive and healthy functioning.

I am part of a dynamic group practice in Chattanooga called Ascend Coaching and Therapy. We work with clients in-person at our office in East Brainerd, virtually via phone or video, and outside in the beautiful forests of TN via ecotherapy sessions. I offer Life/Career Coaching, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Integrative Psychotherapy to help you make and keep personal and professional changes, fulfill your potential, improve your health, and heal from the negative experiences and beliefs that hold you back.

I work with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families who struggle with issues of anxiety, depression, confidence, and interpersonal relationships. The number one aspect of successful treatment is a strong/trusting relationship. I connect with clients through sports metaphors, movies, real life scenarios, and getting to understand their interests. Everyone has a story so I believe it is important to include family during phases of treatment, to best understand the client's story. In addition, I believe the family is a necessary part of the therapy team, therefore family members are included in phases of treatment to ultimately help my client reach their goals.

Welcome! We provide traditional and holistic healing for mind, body & spirit health. We work with individuals, couples, families & groups age 5 and up. The facility is located on a main street with free parking. This is a private practice with a private waiting room in a very comfortable & soothing setting. Look for the yellow house with raspberry trim. Hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. When you call, we will do a brief intake, verify your insurance benefits & schedule your first appointment. We do not have a waiting list and can schedule your first appointment within the same week.

I am Dr. Sylvia Kobe, and I am a Licensed Clinical psychologist. My associate Dr. Mary-Zitta Muabe and I collaborate to cover a broad counseling spectrum. Together Dr. Muabe and I specialize in marriage, family therapy, and spiritual maturity. We also work with teens, young adults, and individuals battling anxiety, depression, or struggles to cope with every-life issues. We believe in empowering our clients, encouraging them to see that life is all about second chances, and with the right kind of intervention, the best is yet to come.

I specialize in working with students and adults (18-60+) who struggle with addiction, developmental trauma, anxiety, depression, career concerns, relationship struggles, dating concerns, perfectionism, family of origin issues, work/life balance, difficulties in communication, process addictions (workaholism, spending, shopping, internet usage), women who experience anxiety around pregnancy, parenting, and life transitions. I believe in integrating a healthy lifestyle and holistic approach to my therapeutic work while helping clients find their own unique interests to foster a sense of well-being within their lives.

I am currently a LSW and PsyD Clinical Psychology Doctoral Candidate. I obtained my Masters in social work at Fordham University in New York and I am pursuing my doctorate at California Southern University. I am excited to be working with a team of highly skilled Therapists. Our life's work is helping clients achieve a better sense of self and happiness...more recently we've recognized that without good mental health providers, finding this balance in life can be more difficult and stressful. As a result, we tend toward an Integrative approach and help our clients transform into the people they want to be. We see each client as an individual with many parts to their identity. Utilizing a holistic and systemic approach we help clients reintegrate the parts of themselves to function better as individuals and within their systems. Our focus tends toward a systems based approach using behavior methods.
