Tiffany runs a private practice named Holistic Vibrations, LLC, utilizing holistic remedies and altered states of consciousness for those who struggle with trauma, addictions, women’s issues, LGBTQAI+ support, and those seeking a deeper spiritual connection. Tiffany is currently working on their Doctorate in Shamanic Psycho-Spiritual Studies and training to be a Yoga Teacher and a Clinical Hypnotherapist.

We are licensed specialists who work with infants, toddlers, children, teens, adults, couples,and families. Services are provided in English and Polish. Each client will be listened to in a newly renovated office that promotes comfort and privacy. Individualized treatment is developed for each client to increase positive outcomes and success. We use evidence-based treatments that have been researched and found to reduce barriers that interfere with positive and healthy functioning.

I specialize in working with students and adults (18-60+) who struggle with addiction, developmental trauma, anxiety, depression, career concerns, relationship struggles, dating concerns, perfectionism, family of origin issues, work/life balance, difficulties in communication, process addictions (workaholism, spending, shopping, internet usage), women who experience anxiety around pregnancy, parenting, and life transitions. I believe in integrating a healthy lifestyle and holistic approach to my therapeutic work while helping clients find their own unique interests to foster a sense of well-being within their lives.

I work with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families who struggle with issues of anxiety, depression, confidence, and interpersonal relationships. The number one aspect of successful treatment is a strong/trusting relationship. I connect with clients through sports metaphors, movies, real life scenarios, and getting to understand their interests. Everyone has a story so I believe it is important to include family during phases of treatment, to best understand the client's story. In addition, I believe the family is a necessary part of the therapy team, therefore family members are included in phases of treatment to ultimately help my client reach their goals.

Welcome! We provide traditional and holistic healing for mind, body & spirit health. We work with individuals, couples, families & groups age 5 and up. The facility is located on a main street with free parking. This is a private practice with a private waiting room in a very comfortable & soothing setting. Look for the yellow house with raspberry trim. Hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. When you call, we will do a brief intake, verify your insurance benefits & schedule your first appointment. We do not have a waiting list and can schedule your first appointment within the same week.

I am Dr. Sylvia Kobe, and I am a Licensed Clinical psychologist. My associate Dr. Mary-Zitta Muabe and I collaborate to cover a broad counseling spectrum. Together Dr. Muabe and I specialize in marriage, family therapy, and spiritual maturity. We also work with teens, young adults, and individuals battling anxiety, depression, or struggles to cope with every-life issues. We believe in empowering our clients, encouraging them to see that life is all about second chances, and with the right kind of intervention, the best is yet to come.

Our life's work is helping clients achieve a better sense of self and happiness...more recently we've recognized that without good mental health providers, finding this balance in life can be more difficult and stressful. As a result, we tend toward an Integrative approach and help our clients transform into the people they want to be. We see each client as an individual with many parts to their identity. Utilizing a holistic and systemic approach we help clients reintegrate the parts of themselves to function better as individuals and within their systems. Kevin Lage is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor who specializes in addiction, anxiety, mood disorders and employee wellness. Kevin’s style in therapy is open, engaging, and compassionate. His role is to help you navigate through difficult emotions and experiences, and to provide you with the tools and support you need to make meaningful and lasting changes in your life. He will listen actively to what you have to say, and help you to gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Landstrom Center was founded in 2015 by Dr. Matthew Landstrom with a goal of bringing together a team of clinical professionals who are committed and enthusiastic about data-driven and evidence-based approaches.
