We are a North Shore group of psychologists and counselors that are committed to providing quality therapeutic services for clients through the lifespan. We are licensed specialists who work with infants, toddlers, children, teens, adults, couples,and families. Services are provided in English and Polish. Each client will be listened to in a newly renovated office that promotes comfort and privacy. Individualized treatment is developed for each client to increase positive outcomes and success. We use evidence-based treatments that have been researched and found to reduce barriers that interfere with positive and healthy functioning.

I am part of a dynamic group practice in Chattanooga called Ascend Coaching and Therapy. We work with clients in-person at our office in East Brainerd, virtually via phone or video, and outside in the beautiful forests of TN via ecotherapy sessions. I offer Life/Career Coaching, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Integrative Psychotherapy to help you make and keep personal and professional changes, fulfill your potential, improve your health, and heal from the negative experiences and beliefs that hold you back.

Our goal is to serve as your guide and walk with you on your life journey. We aim to help you overcome obstacles that may be holding you back from reaching your dreams, while providing you with healthy strategies to implement in your life outside of therapy. Our life's work is helping clients achieve a better sense of self and happiness...more recently we've recognized that without good mental health providers, finding this balance in life can be more difficult and stressful. As a result, we tend toward an Integrative approach and help our clients transform into the people they want to be. We see each client as an individual with many parts to their identity. Utilizing a holistic and systemic approach we help clients reintegrate the parts of themselves to function better as individuals and within their systems. Our focus tends toward a systems based approach using behavior methods.

I am Dr. Sylvia Kobe, and I am a Licensed Clinical psychologist. My associate Dr. Mary-Zitta Muabe and I collaborate to cover a broad counseling spectrum. Together Dr. Muabe and I specialize in marriage, family therapy, and spiritual maturity. We also work with teens, young adults, and individuals battling anxiety, depression, or struggles to cope with every-life issues. We believe in empowering our clients, encouraging them to see that life is all about second chances, and with the right kind of intervention, the best is yet to come.

Kevin Lage is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor who specializes in addiction, anxiety, mood disorders and employee wellness. Kevin’s style in therapy is open, engaging, and compassionate. His role is to help you navigate through difficult emotions and experiences, and to provide you with the tools and support you need to make meaningful and lasting changes in your life. He will listen actively to what you have to say, and help you to gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

I am currently a LSW and PsyD Clinical Psychology Doctoral Candidate. I obtained my Masters in social work at Fordham University in New York and I am pursuing my doctorate at California Southern University. I am excited to be working with a team of highly skilled Therapists. I believe that therapy is about creating a space of healing and helping others evolve into the best version of themselves.Along, with counseling we are now offering TMS (Non-medication approach) to our schaumburg location.

Landstrom Center is a private practice that provides neuropsychological and related services. Landstrom Center was founded in 2015 by Dr. Matthew Landstrom with a goal of bringing together a team of clinical professionals who are committed and enthusiastic about data-driven and evidence-based approaches. This goal was grounded in Dr. Landstrom’s unique approach to treatment, "Test first, no questions later!", which fully utilizes comprehensive diagnostic evaluations in order to provide the best and most individualized services, treatments, and resources for each patient.

The number one aspect of successful treatment is a strong/trusting relationship. I connect with clients through sports metaphors, movies, real life scenarios, and getting to understand their interests. Everyone has a story so I believe it is important to include family during phases of treatment, to best understand the client's story. In addition, I believe the family is a necessary part of the therapy team, therefore family members are included in phases of treatment to ultimately help my client reach their goals.

I believe in integrating a healthy lifestyle and holistic approach to my therapeutic work while helping clients find their own unique interests to foster a sense of well-being within their lives.

I am a trauma informed provider and take a select amount patients with a focus on PTSD, childhood experiences and attachment.
