Much of my practice involves coaching men experiencing the difficulties of a complicated divorce, including those compromized by legal processes that restrict their contact with their children. In addition, my practice involves working with adolescents and men struggling with their sexuality, as well as with fathers and sons, families, and elders who seek guidance for a variety of concerns.

I've been a licensed clinical psychologist for over 24 years and have been working in the field for over 45. I received my Ph.D. from the University of Chicago and work in the Chicago area in hospitals and in private practice. My approach to therapy is integrative. I have certification in clinical hypnosis and like to work with patients on practical strategies to improve their lives. Once particular problems are addressed, addressing life's meaning and personal potential is always important.

She earned her M.A. in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Art Therapy from Adler University in (August 2009) and trained at The University of Chicago Comer Children's Hospital. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Primary Care Psychology Associates where she worked in collaboration with Northwestern Memorial Physicians Group Pediatrics, and Adult Internal Medicine in Chicago, IL.
