Dr. West's psychotherapy and psychological testing experience is vast and impressive. She provides individual psychotherapy to adults, as well as, performs psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for adults, adolescents, and children. Her approach is broadly integrative, with psychodynamic and cognitive techniques.

Costa holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from DePaul University and a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. He is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Certified Professional Coach.
